Hello and welcome to RIU.. the whole tap water is a myth dont let people tell you other wise.. you dont need to let it sit out to evaporate the chlorine .. doesnt hurt to though 6500k is good for veg and can be used for flower but i suggest getting some 2500k-3000k for flowering the plant...
