100% perlite

These are the original first generation F series strips. Not a bad price actually - about 1/2 of the cost per lumen compared to the Gen 3 strips. Cheap enough you can run them under test current for a bit more efficiency. They are also a bit longer at almost 48 inches.

3x3 is a bit tough - the best way with the 22" strips is to just widen the fixture and add a few more strips so instead of 24' x 19" you get it up to about 24 x 26 inches. that gives you just a 5-6 inch gap all the way round in a 3x3, which will fill in with light fairly well,

Just looked at the plants - two of them are showing tiny preflowers - no pistils yet, but it shouldn't be more than another day or two.

Yeah, I usually have to tie the branches off with gardening tape to support them. Top heavy is GOOD. Sometimes the top bud will ripen before the lowers. You can always do a staggered harvest and let the lowers ripen for an extra week or two.

Very possible - I've been getting 8-10 ounces per plant the last few grows.

If you look at the specs they give they are extremely average. That thing is a hair over 1.5 uMol/J efficiency - compare that to something like Fluence SpiderX which is 2.45 uMol/J efficient. Any decent Quantum board build is going to be in the same 2.4-2.5 uMol/J range as well as decent strip...
