Which LED to buy?

Well keep on keeping on! Those are the kind of experiences you truly learn from.
I mean I only plan on doing 1-2 photo plants in the 4x2 with a scrog. That's going to be my main build for the 4x2 tent.I will use my 2x2x4 tent for veg plants and an auto here or there for quick bud if needed. My first grow I started off with 4x of the same plant and topped/lst/etc in different ways to see the differences in a 2x2x4.Each plant yielded nearly an oz, around 24-30 grams per plant. And that was with a shitty 300w viparspectra! So I'm expecting good things from this samsung strip light I'm buying and a 4x2. Would like to get around a half p per harvest if not more!

Very possible - I've been getting 8-10 ounces per plant the last few grows.

I'm a newer grower myself I'm finishing my second cycle right now! I'm doing a single 25g notil pot, going to be doing 3 or 4 15gallons in the future! :)

The eight Samsung F-strip build is the same amount of diodes in two of the QB 288 boards and uses the same diode as was used in the V1 Quantum boards, Samsung's LM561C. The QB 288 V2 Quantum boards use the new Samsung LM301B diode which is a little bit more efficient - about 5% or so. The QB324 OTOH, used a Nichia diode (don't recall exactly which one) which was supposed to be a little more efficient than the QB288/304 V1 boards.

For a 4x2, the Samsung strip build is a perfect fit, and while the QB setups are a little bit more electrically efficient, they really don't fit a 4x2, you would need two of them to fill that space properly. So really its a matter of whether you want to spend twice as much money to get 10% more photons per watt.
