For every bend you have in your ducting, for the carbon filter, pre filter ect, you will get a reduction in cfm. Also if you smoke around your filters ect, they will lose efficiency. But you shouldn't have a 50% drop on cfm unless your ducting is a bit funky or your filter is oversized.

Get a HLG 260w/320w kit or a 315 cmh. For a 3x3 to flower. A 135w kit could veg a 3x3 but you'd want at least two to flower it. It's an option if you want to break up the purchases a bit. There are other diy options but those are the simplest.
