Keep watering it and watch it grow. Just be sure to not over water and keep the air flowing. Good airflow is key. If you are growing in a tent you should consider putting a filter on your intake. A furnace filter works well. Use one of the allergen rated filters that indicates it will filter mold.

Looks like a sausage fest. Stick one outside if you can. Let it go until some pollen can be collected. Freeze the pollen for future use. Is always nice to produce some beans.

It sounds as if you are exhausting back into the basement, if you are, you may want to setup a vent to exhaust outside. Moving my exhaust to a vent to blow it outside took care the smell issue with the rank girls I just harvested. If that is not an option, putting a new carbon filter on the end...

Replacing a year old filter that is no longer doing it's job, is a good idea. Sometimes they don't last as long as intended due to environment, the quality of the charcoal, or other factors.

It could be a light issue. Move your light up a bit or keep it dimmed for a few days. It could also be due to heat. Moving the light up or dimming it, will help you figure out if it is a heat or light issue within a few days or less

Let us know how well the Actinovate works. If that fails, garden safe fungicide 3 works well. It is organic and available at most big box stores.
