Do we really want it legal ?

Yeah, it's all dependent on allowing the little guy to get a slice of the pie. Right now it's not all that hard to become a licensed micro-brewery, hopefully there will be provisions in the law allowing something like that. Like vineyards or something.

Do we really want it legal ?

I see the business model as being comparable to the beer or wine. You'll always have your Pabst Blue Ribbon, Anheuser Bush, and your Samuel Adams. I plan on being Sam Adams after it's legal (If I'm still around) There will always be a discriminating clientele, and that's all the clientele I want...

    Why 30" From Light?

I use my Ray Bans or Oakleys. Just be especially careful with MH, as it can emit really strong doses of UVA & B if the inner uv filter is damaged.

    Browning seedling leaves

Don't move them yet, give them some food first. Just water some in.

Golden Tree nutrients!!!!!! well worth the cost!!

I certainly hope that you don't attribute the "so many budsites ALL the way down the main stem" to the use of this product. That is a function controlled by plant DNA and genetics, nothing more. No additive can change the genetic code. That being said, if you git it like that go ahead and keep...

    Need advice please!

They need food man. See how light yellow they are? Should be a deep emerald green by now. Something like a 5-1-1 fish emulsion or hydrosylate for sure, or a good GP 5-5-5.

    Why 30" From Light?

^^^^^I keep mine at about 18 or so in. I can put them closer, but like Jim said, I feel I reach a point of diminished returns in that the closer you get to the tops, the smaller the footprint of the light. Less coverage aint good either. I've never had the girls burn, or bleach out. 30 in is...

Rooted clones can be shipped w/o problems, believe me. It's really easy! Think jiffy pellets, Plano tackle boxes, and next day air!

Newbie, 3 month old- 1 week 12/12, what to expect and anything visibly wrong??

Farmer, can you get ahold of a 400w HID? Either MH or HPS, doesn't really matter. You'd be a whole lot happier with the yeild if you could.

    Organic pH up?

Nullis, guess I should have qualified that with "anywhere east of the Mississippi, it's ALL acid rain to one extent or the other" Here in Tennessee/N. Ga it's right at 4. NY, DC and the Appalachians it's even more acidic.

Growing with Guns... What is your take on it.

Just be sure and wipe your prints, and replace the robbers prints back on it! Especially on the trigger! And wear gloves when loading the clip.

This is a properly buffered soil right?

A "buffer" is something that is resistant to pH change. in soil, that would be the lime, in water that would be dissolved solids like calcium carbonate. Well water resists pH change better than distilled.

You aint gonna corner the weed market in your area with a 150w light, but other than that the plant looks good. You topped it early and got 2 nice mains out of the deal, internodal distance is nice and compact. She looks healthy enough. Good luck.

    Organic pH up?

FINALLY someone else who understands what a buffer is!! (J/K Spicy, I've always known you know your shit!!) So many folks haven't a clue about pH, and buffering vs temporary changes. Crispy, your rain water pH should be around 4 or so, due to the ever present sulfur dioxides and carbon dioxides...
