Agreed, isolate the hermie - it may stop producing balls once you pull them off as they develop. You may save the hermie but you certainly don't want to risk the others.

They look fine - will bounce back like a rubber ball.

When they get root bound, pull them out of the pot and chop 1/3 of the root ball away - repot with fresh soil and prune the crap out of them, they will bounce back. Root pruning restores lost vigor.
