    Any experienced growers? Please help.

Here is an idea, plant them in containers until they get a bit of size to them, then take a clone from each one and flip the clones to 12/12. They'll show sex within a couple weeks, and you haven't shocked the whole plant. As was pointed out, 1 gal pots work well, but if you are doing an outdoor...

    Compost activated charcoal

It's good, and it is bio-char, and coming out of the scrubber (Carbon Filter?) should be OK to use, but straight activated carbon should be "seasoned". This vid explains why: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ENaUiNiXslk&hd=1 Sorry to have asked that asinine question, but you wouldn't believe...

sativa or indica? help please :)

ou8acracker.....dude...please chill. (Whew!) I gotta agree with growone, alot of the hybrids I've seen have really blurred lines. I had a Col Sat crossed with a Pakistani(Peshawar) indica that looked a whole lot like that. I'm seeing a bit heavier indica bud structure. Def a hybrid tho... Nice...

    springtails.

I'm with Charface, Nullis and the rest who say keep 'em. I'm told that they're considered a "beneficial", and I've never noticed any adverse effects the times I've had them. Fungus gnats are FAR worse in my book. And I reall never saw any damage from THEM, other than breathing 'em in &...

    Email Seed Bank Bust

Where'd ya find this out? Got a citation? To MY knowledge they still need probable cause to open a warrant to bring charges based on any info found in the email. No warrant to open & read = no evidence at trial. Char is right tho.....seeds are too much hassle for an indoor production.

    Revegging... Yay or Nay?

LOL...."Freaky Deaky" is putting it mildly!! I revegged some clones taken about 3 to four weeks into flower and was in no way prepared for the crazy assed growth the plants went through before they started looking normal again: It took a bit over 2 months before she started growing out...

    Selene or Killing Fields?

K, no insult here. That is da bomb!! I am SO freakin' jealous about your ability to do the outdoor thing!!! I really wanna try that once. Soon come, Mon!! Hopefully Tn will see the light (and dollar signs) soon. I just have to ask you the same Q I have asked several outdoor growers out there...

Perfectly good HID lighting on a shoestring.

Wholeheartedly agree on the strain relief fitting. I need a link to something I can incorporate for that here. As I said, electrical genius is NOT on my resume. This has served me well in the past and will get me back in the saddle again!! But this IS a "shoestring" lighting thread. All wiring...

Perfectly good HID lighting on a shoestring.

Sorry all that this got derailed. I had a major setback on the current grow. This will be continued in my Journals here shortly. My heartfelt thanx to all who have offered generosity to help me recoup from that loss. There is gonna be a Journal on the "Adventures". I love the RIU community!!!

    Selene or Killing Fields?

I'm definitely leaning toward the selene now. I gotta put the order in tomorrow, as I just lost my original JH genetics to a fucking mouse or a rat. NEVER in 10 years has this happened. Thay, who'd you go thru?

    Wtf???

Had 10 WW and 10 Northern lights that were graciously gifted to me.

    Wtf???

I FINALLY get in a position to get another grow on, get me some good genetics, get me some seedlings, and I wake up to this?? MAN is this a disaster. I can't afford another credit card charge to order more seed!! :( I've never had mice eat my seedlings, but that's all I can think did...

    Selene or Killing Fields?

Mantis, Dats some nice stuff there! Tell me more about Selene. KF is kinda getting back seat to the JH. Potency wise, does the KF stand up to JH? Is Selene more potent? Looking for a good Sat high balanced with body buzz. Thank you for your input and stupendous pics!!

    vinegar to lower PH?

johnnysocko is right on the money, you have to overcome the buffering capacity of you water. Check this link: http://forums.gardenweb.com/forums/load/hydro/msg070020492903.html?27 Just what makes you think you have a lockout issue? Your soil should buffer the pH quite fine. You really dont need...
