Should still grow it out. It will still be some good smoke with minimal seeds if you got the male out.

You need to look at the trichomes on the cylax, not the sugar leaves.

Not hermie. But looks like pollinated cylax to me. Notice the brown tips on some of the pistils?

One thing I do is take the lowest nugs and trim, and cut up into smaller nugs. Comes out to about a bowls-worth. Let those chuncks dry for 24 hours, and I can get a taste that way. Other than that, why bother?

Outdoors I leave all fan leaves on until the last 3 weeks of budding. Even then, it is selective and solely to get sun to other bud areas that are blocked.
