some of it is definitely trichs but that on the leaf looks suspect keep your humidity below 50% and get your temps up to at least 85 and most important if you don't have one already, "get a fan"! sometimes a powder looking stuff on a leaf is from a hermie ball that just opened...we hope not!

throw a fan on it and should perk up and get some cal-mag and dose it for seedlings and lift pot and get used to that, "light pot needs water feeling", to keep from overwatering also, might have it too far away from light source...or not enough light
