Fridge storage is good. 80f and lower is ok in a sealed plastic bottle or anything with an airlock valve to release gas is good. You feed it when you use it. I think it is 1:1 for labs just like EM. Like, if you dilute 30mL of labs in a liter of water, you also add 30mL of molasses.

Should be ok. Pasteurization doesn't happen till 145f
