My clones be like, lets get this show on the road! This is all headband (maybe) and will be the next grow in FFOF. I'm going to let this strain go as I have 6 dog beans Im going to sprout next. They're all going to be cloned before flower and Im going to hope for one that doesn't hermie. Then I'm going to start growing that out for a minute whilst I bring up a peacock to cross with it. My first adventures with the Dog were with only a single bean so I had no options, but everything I crossed with that original plant hermied like it was the thing to do. The Chaka OG isn't out of the picture yet!

Ready set go! This is where the cure would normally come down to the fine tuning finish of the last 5% or so. We're gonna see how the bovedas handle it, I'm not gonna micro manage or burp and just see what they do!

Nice! I thought those were for old dried buds and it bounces the bud back, I didnt know you put them in right away. Looking good, do you think the LA Con will be ready by tomorrow?

They are a 2 way desiccant so it can either raise or lower the humidity to 62% which the company specifically markets towards weed. They're $1 a piece for those little ones which isn't bad depending on how well they work. The LA won't be ready by tomorrow, she's still open to the air.

LA Con has been drying for a week and still wasn't dry! I haven't had anything stay out of the jar that long. So I said fuck it and put them in the jar with Boveda for today to see how they feel tonight. Its possible they are dry and just so damn sticky that I don't know the difference!

Chopped another plant today, I killed the 600 since there's just 3 plants left. The boveda packs are working awesome. I opened up the ones been closed for a few days without a burp. Everything was feeling and smelling just right. No burping and no more having the last buds in the jar crisping up on ya. It's like you can set a jar and leave it for months without wondering what's going on inside.

Chopped another plant today. 2 more to go. One tomorrow and the gsc real soon. My clones are choking in the party cups and really need to get in their new homes!

Oh you want a boveda update do you?! I've read some people say they were too moist for their liking. I would say I've learned some stuff just from using them. The bud does feel a little too moist but I tried to smoke it anyway and it burned really nice with great taste! I was like hmm ok let's try you in a grinder. Buds were a little gooey to grind, it just kinda broke/clumped up. So I'm not sure how it would roll. Bongs and pipes, it burns great though! I did put some in 2 mini zip locks for my son to test when I see him and my pockets stinking up a storm.

I was wondering about that with the moisture levels. I was thinking if you put stuff that was a little extra dry in with it, it might end up perfect. Then with the more fresh stuff, I imagine its gonna help do a great job of keeping it from getting that overly crispy texture. I've got a few jars right now that are perfect, and a few that could really use a little more moisture. I've got a few plants I need to cut down tonight and I'm gonna save some of the fan leaves for my jars.

I guess this grows done technically. I chopped everything last night, even the GSC. It was milky trics so good enough. I won't chop a plant before its time, but I'll push the line! I'll keep posting my weights n whatnot here till they're all dried and trimmed. 3 more to go. I'll be cleaning the room, my lights etc and getting my clones transplanted into the 5g some time today and get the show on the road! Tomato cages next round. I'll start a new thread with a new bitchin lame title!
