I ordered another batch of truffles, they should be here by Saturday
This time I went with the Atlantis and Pajaritos strains, 30g of each. As before the recommended dosage is 15g.
I'm curious of if and how much one should adjust the dosage for body mass? For example: I'm 5'11" 250 pounds. I have no doubt that I am most certainly overweight but I do have pretty good muscle tone if that makes any difference in absorption.
The first time I tried them 7.5g of Mexicana yielded a ruffly 2-3 hour mild trip, no visuals at all. My gf who is quite a bit smaller then me had the same expirience on the same dosage.
The second time I ate 15g of Hollandia on an empty stomach and then puked about 15 minutes later... This left me with a very short trip, but an interesting altered perspective. GF didn't partake that day.
The 3rd time both my gf and I consumed 15g of Hollandia pureed into fruit smoothies an hour after a meal and both of us felt nothing, other then that slight tingle in your head during the come up.
I figure I need to adjust the dose a little for body mass and to allow for the fact that I have to keep a little in my stomach. Both because of nausea, and the fact that I'm prone to getting bad headaches and the shakes from low blood sugar.
So heres the plan for this saturday : We will both eat a light breakfast at around 8 followed by a light lunch around 11. Wait 2 hours after we finish lunch and then eat the truffles once again pureed in the blender with frozen strawberry's and pineapple juice. Going to dose 20g each this time, 15g Atlantis + 5g Pajaritos.
I figure ill wait 1.5 hours after the initial dose and then eat a few crackers and cheese (like 4 ritz crackers) and have another 5g of pajaritos to keep things going if I feel the need too.
Does that sound about right, or should I start with 15g again and then re dose?
