I agree with Cranky on that, looking good and 2-3 weeks.Makes sense, I think you said you started flowering the end of July right?

Watered again this morning with just plain 6.5 water (decided against the tea). Took the entire gallon with very little run off. The tea was not quite ready(not foaming yet) so I didn't even give it to round II.

Hey man just a little heads up ive grown plenty of sativas before and you really have to watch out for how big you want them i had a DP sativa and that thing literally tripled in size once i flipped!

Thanks, think I am chopping today actually. Plenty of training required for this one, but the stretch was pretty manageable. I will need to dig through the old posts, but from memory I think this one was a little more than double after the flip. I am at the top of the height I have available now without making some changes to how the ratchets are set up. The next batch will be smaller when I flip since I will be doing multiple pots and no cage this go around (same strain).

I will try to put up some photos after the chop, but I will only be pulling off the fan leaves and hanging the entire plant upside-down for the next few days so it will not look to different. Next round I will really up the feeding since I am amazed at how much she ate through the fan leaves towards the end. I imagine this will impact the yield on this one.

Hey hbbum, so your finally ready to harvest her ay. Hope all goes well from the looks of it your in the home stretch. Just fed my bitch today with a bit of banana tea with a few peels tossed into the soil too. I went really light since I never fed her with anything except water before lol. I don't think its anything to worry about but maybe I'm wrong. Other than that shes been a feisty whore with the trich production. Half way into week 4 now still thumb sized nugs but I can tell shes gunna plump up a bit. IMG_0813[1].jpgIMG_0814[1].jpgIMG_0817[1].jpg

Looks great. I wouldn't worry about the lower yellowing but I would up the food a bit, particularly with all of the rain you get. Then again, I only grow fruits and veggies outdoors :D

Sooo, the deed is done.

Here are a couple shots. I will let them hang for a few days in the cabinet with the carbon scrubber until they are ready for a proper trim.

From stem to tip is 31"

Here is her home for the next 3-4 days:

A couple of the tops, they are pretty dense. Much more so than the Jedi OG Kush I did on my first grow:

This one was a real pain in the ass to get off the screen since I wanted to hang it whole.

Lots of different smells, as long as it doesn't smell like mold you are fine and the rest if just personal preference. Early on this one smelled really rank and I didn't enjoy it entirely. As it matured there was a more sweet smell that has become more pronounced. Not it has a hint of citrus when undisturbed, if I move or touch it I get more of the sweet and skunky smell come through.

Yah right now it just smells exactly what I would think a rottan orange smells like, not such a good smell but hopefully later on it will start to smell more like weed. Ive enver smelled growing weed before so I was a little taken back.

Yeah, definitely smells different growing, and changes over time. One you have fully dried and cured you will notice a hint of the different smells you get during growing.

Brought her in for the first time tonight. I have heard ppl getting a greater yield from bringing them in at night as apposed to leaving them out so ill do it.

Thanks man, I made that banana tea but I haven't used it yet. What I did do though was dry the peels that were left over from the tea in the oven, grinded them in a coffee grinder and mixed it in the top soil. I wanted to feed her today with the tea but the forecast had rain so I held off. I love these pink pistils too though, makes for some kick ass backgrounds hah.
Dude those pink pistils are awesome congrats! I am a first timer and decided to grow outside (seedling started around August 14) so i am late to the flowering party. Better late than never!! So here are some pics of her.IMG_20130915_173836-1.jpgIMG_20130915_173751.jpgCYMERA_20130913_185319-1.jpg

Late start for sure Skinny. She looks good though. You have weather conditions outdoors that will give you a couple more months without issue?

I am currently drying. Built(building, needs some mods) a little drying box so I moves the lil ones into my bigger cabinet.

These 2 got their first full night under the 400W MH last night. Will be transplanting into bigger pots today or tomorrow. I may leave the 2G alone and put the 1G into a 3G pot.

Thanks hbbum. I am at 35n lat in the southeast so I'm hoping I have to Thanksgiving. We usually don't see frost around here till then. I quickly went through your journal and the grow was awesome to follow!! I like the dry box concept I might have to borrow it because I am a newbie to this whole process. Keep up the good work!! Gives me inspiration to try indoor grow:blsmoke:.
