Hey if the concrete was set I'm sure we could. I've remodeled my entire house, upstairs and downstairs in a matter of 2 weeks lol.

All new floors, walls, kitchen, bathroom. Pretty much bought the house real cheap and gutted the bitch and started from square one.

Oh well I love doing this shit, but I love growing even more, just wish I had my room done :(
Same thing I did with my old farm house. Stripped it down to the studs and basically rebuilt the entire house. Gives a nice sense of pride when doing your own work.

That's my plan. When I got laid off we were trying to close on a house that had $100,000 worth of work put into it but the seller was asking 80. Catch was you had to live there for 12 years, after 7 you could sell but it had to be to someone in a certain tax bracket.
My buddy was trying to get me to buy the old farm house next to his for 55. Obviously needed a bit of work but nothing I couldn't handle or have a buddy of mine barter some knowledge and help for green for the stuff I'm not good at. Like plumbing.

It's how I got started, bought my place soon after turning 18 on a rent to own land contract. $32,000 for a farmhouse on 40 acres. Couldn't even walk in the house without shoes on for the first few years. Remodeled it a room at a time as I could afford it. After the house was paid off and the equity increased I used that to buy another house I remodeled into a rental, then another. Now I spend most of my time working on/around the farm.

Just a lil project I worked on yesterday, picked it up for 5$ and rebuilt the motor and did a few other things, not bad for 5 bucks lol

Got the grade board on and added 3 more truck loads of fill to bring the ground level up.

Today I'm going to try and get the side boards on so I can get ready to put the trusses up.

I still need to add around 3 more truckloads of fill but I need the building to be a little more solid before I can backfill against the walls.

Smoked brisket, came off the egg last night and I chucked it in the fridge. I sliced it all up and tossed in a container. Hub and I have lunch for the week! YES!

Pretty much finished putting up the side boards. I still have 2 in front I need to do after I trench a line in for water and power.

I measured and marked out my cuts for the trusses on the top of the poles so I'll probably get that done tomorrow.

well, i've got some projects going on.

would love to just power ahead today and set up this new veg room but i also have to clean out some colas in my light dep GH that have botrytis sneaking in, not to mention i can't even run out to get a paint tray until my neighbor is available to guard.

the veg room will be about 4'x8' with about 550 watts of CFL, with capacity for up to 1100 watts of CFL with enough splitters and more bulbs.

after the veg room gets done, i've got three new flower rooms to set up as well. once that's all done, it's time to harvest the entire light dep GH.

yeah, i've got projects.
