Id vote for allowing both men and women to walk around topless.

Not completely naked though, because then people would walk around completely naked and that would suck. Dirty smelly people would sit on, lay on, and basically dirty up park benches. ... That's the gist of it.

If you are in public view, but on private property then I think it should probably be ok to be nude.

I suggest that RIU add a "dislike" button. When a post accumulates enough "dislikes", say 10, then the post gets automatically deleted. Then all those horrible nude photos would soon be circling the drain and the mods would be free to do more useful stuff.

I think the assaults would likely stay relatively level. There may be a FEW that would increase their desire to assault others sexually. There'd likely be more that would assault others out of religious insanity though.
