Because she hasn't caused an actual harm to your physical person or your justly acquired property. You can not like a persons behavior, but for it to constitute a "real crime", the person that alleges being the "victim" should be able to show a demonstrable loss or harm.

Again, if you don't think sexual assaults would increase drastically you are being naive. Secondly, sanitation. Thirdly, as a civilized human being, I would say we DO have some level of cordiality that we take part in to have a civil civilization. On another note, dismissing the idea because it's a "religious ideal" is a fallacy. Note that I'm not religious, yet one can't dismiss a concept because if it's origin. That's a fallacy. That's like saying because the bible says "thou shall not kill", it
should not be an accepted concept because it's a religious ideal. Yet even most non religious people agree homicide is unacceptable.

There are legal places for nudists to express themselves all over the world.

Don't you think that if you shouldn't would be quickly determined?

If sexual assaults were to increase, I would imagine less people would choose to go fully nude in public

But those that didn't, I don't believe they should be fined/jailed for it

I can commit more than a handful of "real crimes" without harming, or taking you for a loss. Purgers, for example, do neither of those things. Every time someone lies during testimony, are you harmed or stollen from, or even victimized in any way? No, yet it's still illegal.
So many crimes dont "hurt" anyone, that doesn't make it any less of a crime.

You are correct they would determine that. In fact so many people determined that, that it has become illegal to do so...

The vast majority of civilized people disagree with you. That doesnt make it right per se, but it shows that most of us in life think you should be jailed for being nude in public. For thousands of years.

If the perjury aids in a fraudulent verdict, there may have been a victim. I don't consider "illegal" and "legal" as the measures to judge whether a real crime occurred or not, so I'm not sure if you are agreeing with me or "correcting" me. The last time I got "corrected" I had to wear a silly Orange jump suit.

Of course nobody ever got raped while staying at home....no wait. People with sexual disorders or inadequacies could always go into politics or become policemen.
