Even been to Wal-Mart? I don't want to be subjected to seeing those people naked. Anyone voting yes is juvenile or didn't think this through all the way. I also don't want to see disgusting naked people at a restaurant while I'm eating.

You people sicken me.
Then don't go to Walmart

Easy!

Because nobody has an obligation to not offend people, if you are offended by something that is not physically harming you or anyone else, imo, it's your obligation to figure out a way to either not be offended by what you are seeing or remove yourself from the situation
Sorry man, but this is terrible logic. I understand the whole "if you don't like it, dont look at it" approach, but there is always a line to be drawn. Obviously we are still considering public masturbation to be illegal? Where is that line drawn in a nude society? If a cop sees me scratch my junk, can he arrest me for sexual assault? How would you deal with and rationalize the very real sharp increase in the very real sexual assaults that would occur? What happens when someone runbs their genitals on me "on accident" in public, do people just get to do that? A free pass for minor sexual assaults essentially? Shall I continue?

As you can see, there are many good reasons that modern culture dictates that cloths are a good thing. It's not just a taboo thing.

Gotta be consistent, I don't see how you can justify adding on stipulations like that, there is no precedent for subjectively aesthetic opinions as the basis for legal authority. That would be like saying "it's legal to wear a mini dress if you weigh less than 130lbs"..

I take this to mean I can bring in my chinchilla as long as it's wearing a shirt and shoes?

Like I said, within reason.. I'm personally not advocating for completely naked people walking around in public anywhere at any time..

I support pissing in public, anywhere that isn't private property, going topless, male or female, just about anywhere (with certain exceptions obviously), basic common sense..

Stupid people that press that common sense get prosecuted accordingly

You didn't answer the question, and you purposefully excluded my acknowledgment of the recognition of sanitary procedures. It's called a courtesy towel exactly for that reason. Maybe it's my fault for being unclear, but unless you're an idiot, you knew what I meant.. I'm not saying walking into a restaurant nude, teaching a kindergarten class with your cock hanging at the students eye level and filling cavities in the buff.. I'm talking about going topless in the middle of summer in your own backyard without having to worry about getting arrested, walking on a beach, feeding a kid, pissing in public, etc. all without having to worry about some bullshit legal consequence for an obviously non sexual act. Context is key, especially when pissing, holy fuck! People get added to Megans Law for that shit..
Saying anyone is an idiot for no "knowing what you meant" is wrong. Espescially when you said that no stipulations are to be applied, like breast feeding in public. Now here in this post, you are adding multiple stipulations. It went from all nudity or nothing, to top off in the back yard. These are way too different.

Pissing in public I don't see as the same, as most people make a conserved effort to try and hide their genitals when they do it. You don't piss in the middle of the road, you piss in an alley way, away from onlookers.

Not sure which question I avoided other than your cursing masterbation fit.
I won't respond with more childish rebuttal.
I can't recall you talking about a towel, should I be a psychic?

Simply, being topless in ones own backyard should be no problem.
I agree seeing a nipple is no biggy.
Democrats like you push law to extremes and that's why we have such stupid laws.

Why do you see such horrible shows on the TV?
lol, the liberal media preaches it.

Anyway, we wear pants, piss in a toilet, don't kill each other, pay our taxes and obey the law because we are civilised.
Enough said.

I'm afraid it's either an all or nothing sort of thing. You can't legalize public nudity but tack on stipulations like 'no breastfeeding in public', that would be contradictory as well as absurd.
Again, you go from all or nothing, to pissing in public and tops off in the back yard? That's not all or nothing. I can agree, I wish I could piss in public and have women not get jailed for breast feeding on a bench. But I aslo don't want to see a fat dudes cock cheese when I'm standing in line in the grocery store. Not just because it offends, because it's not the way us educated civilized people have decided to live.

Apparently common sense isn't that common..

Certifiable idiot

Not the Liberal Media! :o

Are you of the opinion non pants wearing, publicly pissing people can't be civilized?

Then forgive the misunderstanding, I would personally rather people legally allowed to go fully nude than the alternative, get jailed/fined for being all nude, agree/disagree?

Wow, you supposed "civil liberties" fags get trolled to death and don't even realise it.

I support people's right to do whatever the fuck they want, as long as it doesn't injure me.

Based on retarded religious ideals

Go figure...

Oh mah gawd, da pee-pee!!!

Yet showing murdering innocent people on TV is OK...

Consiiiiistent..
It has nothing to do with religion. (wearing pants)
It has to do with society.
I'd love to see you run the world.

Don't watch stupid TV.
You eat up the liberal news and are constantly angry, just like they want you to be.

Those terrible republicans making us wear pants and not letting us piss on fire hydrants.

I cannot support public nudity. Not because "eewwww gross", but mainly because of the increase in sexual assault that would inevitably happen. I mean you say "go fully nude" and we are talking about in public. Public transportation becomes a situation of almost guaranteed sexual assault, mostly even on accident.

You still havent addressed a single one of the multitudes of reasons that I gave why public nudity is not a good idea.

In a perfect world, sure. But not in the world we live in. It would be bad all around.

"Just because you can, doesn't mean you should."
