OK my visit finishes today and its a long 500 mile drive back to the shire, I have developed a philosophical view to recent problems. Either I get home and the grow is a goner, or somehow my boy has pulled things together and we still have lift off. Obviously I want to see at least a couple of ounces out of this grow. Plus---NL is a very tolerant plant. Minus-- I havnt heard from young mr Baggins for 5 days now. Either he has pulled things together or I ( Not He ) has killed the grow. will post around 10 tonight to relate whether I will be buying storage jars or new seeds.

Got back tonight and here's what greeted me on opening the closet door.



Thank the lord, no major damage done, a little leaf browning here and there, onetop of one bud toasted a little case of leaf curling ( need to hunt around and see what that is ) what appears to be the top of one bud toasted a little. but Halleluia, I've still got a grow going




To say I'm delighted is an understatement, anyway back to the drawing board for me, it seems my extractor fan and filter is just fine for my 250W Metal Halide, but struggles to keep temps down when I use my 400W HPS in the closet. Any ideas appreciated guys. Meanwhile thanks sincerely for all your support, thought I'd blew it.

Couple of other pics, buds forming slowly and surely, maybe I'll get a couple of ounces from these three even if I have to finish with my 250W while I polish my teflon head and try to tweak things. think I also need another dose of Epsom Salts as I have what looks like a bit of Mag def, along with some leaf yellowing which would seem I need to up my Nitrogen a wee bit too.

Another wee post , heres my vegging box and a pic of one of my Trainwreck clones, remember them ( pics to follow once I get over to young Frodo's house with my camera )Recently Cloudy ( Cloudiology ) made a top notch light from various household objects, this is my attempt a year or so ago to create a vegging box set up, it seems to work although the vegging clones are not packing it on the way they did under my 250WMH still maybe I vegged those first ones too much, I hear some folk have excellent results with a couple of weeks vegging with not much reduction in yield from a full 50 day veg like I gave that lot a wee while ago anyway heres the much inferiot effort of mines. I'll see how it works with these 5 clones I got in there just now--the clones rooted for 3 weeks and have been in the vegging box for just a week. all for now chhers all and thanks agin.

Thanks Bilbo. That is one of the final canopy pics from the grow I just harvested on Friday. Was a 3 plant scrog under a 250w hps. Just threw a timeline up on the journal in my sig if you'd like to check out the whole flower in one post. Love your thread btw subbed for sure.

Here we go again. remember my Trainwrecks from a few pages ago that have been off flowering at my boys I hadn't seen them for a couple of weeks, when they looked ok, buds forming and all. Well tonight, two weeks later, my goodness here is a good selection of pics, bear in mind these have still 30 days to go. I vegged these and now ?????? look at these babies. at last we have something resembling buds in here.

Back to my own flowering closet, I've been a bit concerned after the recent high temps episode that my plants maybe stressed and have a risk off turning herm as a result, but so far still all hair and no balls or bananas. Long may that continue.
