Are you for or against gun control?

Still think just dropping the laws making it difficult to defend yourself and not letting violent offenders have guns is a better idea.
A gun is a tool, the violence is an action or a trait, people have a right to defend themselves, it is the violence that we need to weed out not the gun, the violent offenders should be put down, if someone is rehabilitated or given a second chance they should have the same rights as anyone else, if someone is harming others they should be stopped and everyone should have the means to defend themselves from being harmed or forced or victimized. We need to cull the violent from the herd, I'm pretty sure No Drama can explain the process but with animals, we can take dogs, people breed them for traits so if you want nice dogs, you get rid of the ones who bite and over time you move from a wolf to a golden lab the process of culling those who bite or act violent over time reduces violence in the population, if we had good people standing up for themselves and eliminating those who attempt to harm others over time you will see a more civil population.

NC has stupid laws, In my state if you gain entry to the house by force I get to ventilate yer ass. You could be carrying a barbie doll and your gonna get lead seasoning.

Apparently they figured out that someone breaking into your home wasn't doing it because they really really want to be best friends.

You COULD always play stupid and SAY that you THOUGHT the other person had a gun, works for the police all the time.
doesn't work here. It's crazy even if they had a gun and somehow died off your property even though you shot the person in your house you are still in jeopardy.

edit: All I have for self defense is a 150 lb crossbow, and from what I hear shooting someone with that is an automatic felony no matter what. (Haven't researched that but probably true, I'd still take my chances in court than let a fucker cap me again) a cop told me that you can only defend yourself with an American gun (shotgun or pistol) or you're probably fucked.

That's strange because the wild wild west era did not even last 100 years sooooo how you get that number ????
The wild west is the time when the west was being settled after the Louisiana purchase and the lawless nature of the expansion.

Louisiana purchase was in 1803, although some historians go all the way back to 1775 for the beginning of the wild west.

Some people watch too much TV and think that the wild west was after the invention of Colt's single action army pistol.
You been watching too many Clint Eastwood spaghetti westerns.

Come on......really? Why would anyone need a full auto? Zombie apocalypse? Not happening. Alien invasion? Not probable.
Maybe the govt decides to use the military to round up all the disarmed citizens and put them out in the desert and then use their dehydrated bodies as fuel to run the power plants for awhile to reduce the population and CO2 emissions and reclaim the wilderness and pool all of the resources of the former population to balance the budget and reduce the debt, seems like you might want some full auto's maybe some jets and tanks and subs as well. Recognize the purpose of the second, it wasn't about hunting deer

I also agree with the fact that no citizen needs a fully automatic weapon.
I agree, semi auto fire is 100 times more deadly than spray and pray. Any military combat specialist will tell you that full auto is for cover and manuever, its almost worthless as a tool to accurately and quickly dispatch personnel. Once someone hears the rat a tat tat they duck and cover. There is a reason the Marine snipers have a motto, "One shot, One Kill" and not "Many shots, lots of wounded."

Full auto is the WORST way to try and shoot someone, only in Hollywood and drive by's do they go full auto.

Yea of course, unless you're firing into a crowd.

I didn't even use wiki.

I think you are confusing the wild west with the American west.

Cowpokes and OK corral= American West

Wild west = time of westward expansion when there were no sheriffs or police presence, especially in the midwest states. Hence the Term "Wild" aka "Lawless" aka "No law enforcement around".

Get it?

I feel like short bursts are really deadly. Which is harder to do semi-auto.
I feel like GMO foods and fluoride are really deadly and are a major problem as well as chemtrails and vaccines
I also worry about nuke power and weapons and nerve gas and bio weapons and DU rounds and radio waves and radiation from cellphones and irradeated food
