You should have. Rape can be defined as an unwanted assault of one party by another party or parties. The similarity between a rape and any taking such as the multitude of takings that governments do on a daily basis seems to escape many. How can ANY assault of a persons body or justly acquired property be validated? If a "taking" occurs absent the consent of the person something is taken from how do YOU personally justify this?
