I wanted to make a space to share stories of how you gardening experiences have given you the oppurtunity to enrich the lifes of others.

I use to have a close friend who let me grow in his back yard a few years ago. He died back in august( sad not the point of story) the house was bought by the father of a friend of a friend of my mothers. Hes an old man with stage four cancer who just wants to stay stoned to stay confortable to enojoy whatever life he has left. So ive been donating a nice big jar about once a month this winter. Hes super nice, big commic book nerd. Funny how small the world is sometimes. The whole experience leaves with a smile feeling like my labor has value and im doing something good in the world.

My aunt reached out to me recently, told me her friend who ran a communitie garden was intrested in the use of weed to treat insomnia.i did a google search for best strains for just for a quick idea and see, kush, girscout cookies, GGP, tahoe OG
Now I am a big tiva lover and normaly only run one or 2 super stoney strains a season, but it just so happens I got some GSC flowers on about a month cure, just pulled down a purple tahoe and have a stardream and a demsion 369 (kushmint x(g13/hashplant) in the bloom tent.
I dont think i have meet this person and dont even know if thry want aanything or effort from me, but im going to be sending out sample packs and i kept cuts of the purple tahoe and d369 im gonna keep until may just incase she wants them.

You're the Santa Claus of weed.

There ia no such thing as a truely selfless deed. I do not attempt to illision myself or others that I don't do these thing (and more so tell you) because it makes me feel good.
RealTalk though. I have no idea how i came upon picking this user name, if i join any other grower fourms I will be using the tag CannaSanta

Yeah, I don't really believe in altruism, either. I think you chose your current user name because vaginas make you smile. Me, too. You may use CannaSanta, just make sure you send me my monthly royalty.

It helps a lot of people. When I was living in SoCal, I grew outdoors for my quadriplegic friend, Rob.
He was a Canadian who got hit in the neck with a stray bullet when he was 19. He spent most of his life battling chronic depression. Cannabis made his life easier, for sure. Unfortunately he got hooked on pills, heroin, and eventually passed away due to health problems.

Sorry for your loss

I hosted free pig roast/BBQ's to bring growers and consumers together in a safe way. I would give away 100's of the latest cuts to all that attended (which I'm not supposed to talk about here). There was no selling allowed at the BBQ's everything was donated to the community. Those were hella fun times..

I remember your invite thread last year. Sounds like one hell of a party. Wish I could be able to attend one year. Good on ya sharing the fruits of your labor so openly with the world

I became a legal designated grower for a quadriplegic in 2008. He hit his head on a submerged log in a diving accident as a teenager. His legs would involuntarily spazm when least expected, earning him the affectionate nickname Spaz. Cannabis helped him with restless leg syndrome, bed sores, general wellbeing, etc. In a lean-to greenhouse behind the barn were 5 plants that produced around 25lbs, which he received as much as desired at no charge. It brought joy to help him out. Sadly he passed earlier this week at 58.
