It's a difficult situation kept difficult by the absence of a universally-recognizable line of demarcation. One can forfeit practicality in the quest for moral simplicity, as adherents of many religions do on this topic. The Catholics e.g. have gone so far as to declare any birth control to be immoral. I can't say to the hottie in front of me in line at the supermarket "Sorry ma'am, you're gonna need to bend over. It's my body and my penis wants to be lodged inside you for a few minutes..." I can't use my body to impose an unwanted "mosh pit" situation in the lobby of my local bank or BMV lobby.
