read that story above (its from yahoo so its not spam/viruses)
it says a former advisor to the drug czar of the obama administration said he expects the obama administration to do anything they can to block the legalization from going through.
Im hoping he's just blowing smoke up our asses. I voted for obama the 1st time because i felt he was gonna be the president to back up the marijuana users given his stance before the 1st election and the fact he's used marijuana before and admitted to inhaling.
im hoping this wasnt a b.s. promise on the way to become president.
Any word on obama's reaction to the approval of legal marijuana in these two states?
Im really hoping for his support on this. i didnt expect him to do anything in the first term (could hurt his chances for re-election) but now that he's won the 2nd term im hoping to see some radical action on his part (most presidents make the most risky moves during their 2nd term when they arent concerned with being re-elected).
is there still hope or is this gonna be a war that wages on for decades? i thought we were at the light at the end of the tunnel?
