Mk, so should i give her a day or two to recover then plant her in the center of a solo cup surrounded by my ffof mix? Also, should i do the same for the girl thats growing good or leave her be?

* Plant her in the solo cup while still in the rooter, and by recover i mean from the stress.

Plant her in your final container with the FFOF. I would wait 3-4 days minimum though. If there's one thing I've learned it's that the grower doesn't set the schedule, the plant does. Transplant when she has recovered, not when you think it's been enough time.

You really don't need to do all this uppotting unless you plan for a long veg. Every time you do it you stress the plant and delay it's growth. I would have started in the solo cup and moved to a regular sized pot and if I had to change to a new container I would do it in 2 gallon increments. How big are the pots you're using? I'm using 1 gallon pots in two 30 gallon bins stacked and I don't have enough room now.

I will be using a 1 gallon then a 2 gallon if need be, i plan on keeping these girls rather small. And to be honest, only 1 of these is going to go all the way, I started the second seed as a test to see the difference of adding small nutes but then decided to add micro amounts of big bloom to my first girl, and guess what, shes fucking thriving on it, her first set of leaves are getting huge. Would you take them out of the rooters and plant them or just plant with the rotters in the center of the pot Cloudz?

*Update*
First girl has pretty much doubled in size, leaf wise, in the last day and the second set if now coming out from the center, should be able to get a pic of it now.

Second Girl - As we know I stressed her out yesterday by putting her in to ffof a little too early, so when I got home from work and found her laying on her size I took her out and puther in to 2 stacked rapid rooters, tightly snug on her main rap root so she has something to hold on top. She looked terrible, pale in color and didnt look like shed hang on long. I know some people didnt approve of this, and to be quite honest, I didnt want to move her either, i was hoping shed flourish in the soil.
As of this morning she looks way better, her cotyledons are spreading at a fantastic rate and shes a fantastic green color, seems shes getting over her stress, thanks god.

Heres a pic of my #2 girl as of last night just after i got home and transplanted her, this is what she looked like from the ffof cup and a picture of how she looks this morning, tell me i didnt do the right thing :)

Heres a pic of my first girl whos lookin good! SHe will get another small dose of nutes tomorrow, today she will only get regular water so as not to overload her.

Heres what i did to get her nutes: I took 1ML (used a sterile syringe to get it exact) and diluted it into 500mls of distilled water. After a good shaking of the water to mix it up i drew up 2.5 mls of the 500 ml nuted water and added that to the cup with the girl in it. Be in mind, 2.5mls is only a few drops so I added non nuted distilled water so she would get her full feeding for the day, and she thrived off it.

Heres a pic of her!

Yeah but its so simple all you need is a house hold lamp and some house hold aluminum foil and you'll have yourself a portable grow box. Now you can grow on the go.

You didnt do the right thing. Stacking two rapid rooters to make one? That is just asking for a mishap. And your seedling is not over the stress.

I know people will think its asshole of me to point that shit out, but damn, someone has to say it.

@ Flaming, you say its still stressed bro? Its no longer tilted over laying on its side like it was before when in the soil, its no longer yellow like it was in the soil. Its green, standing straight up with the cotyledons spread out and the first set of true leaves coming out, if its stressed why is it that it looks 100x better then it did in the ffof soil? Please do explain this with some logic.

I think you both forget that this second seed is a test seed to fuck around and see some different things I didnt do with my first plant.

My first plant is flourishing btw, so stop making it sound like ive done nothing but fuck this entire grow up. The second seed is growing just fine. In a few days when shes stable they both will be transplanted in to solo cups that has the ffof soil, the rooter will be planted with it, As said by F A B to do, directly in the center of the soil.

Update on my first girl.

Shes Thriving! Lots of growth, the first set of leaves are still growing and the second set is coming out now.
My only concern is she isnt getting any taller and I think its because of the tiny cup shes in.

So, i looked down the side and I just noticed (happened while I was at work for 10 hours) a root is just barely poking from the side. SO, its time to plant her in to a bigger medium.

Do yall think she is too tiny to put in to a 1 gallon pot? Should i go to a solo cup first or will she be fine in a 1 gallon pot? My only concern is the moisture in the 1 gallon pot will keep her too moist. Thoughts? Dark time in 2 hours and 40 minutes so i need to get it done tonight!

The top of the hole on the rooter is a little round, but it quickly gets reallllllly thin. Should i do a solo cup or a 1 gallon pot? I feel a 1 gallon pot is a bit large for this little girl. Thoughts?

Any thoughts as to why she is not growing in height? is it a container issue or do they just not grow that fast in height until a few leaves show up?
