Actually this entire bill was a republican idea. Remember Mitt Romney in Massachusetts? The fact that Republicans now hate the idea, just because Obama imposed it, shows how crass and political they are.

Did you have a pre-existing condition and were denied medicaid or are you between the age of 18 and 23 and living at home as a college student? Did you not have insurance before? You weren't denied care(healthcare is not health insurance btw). Medical costs continue to skyrocket.

Being a Veteran I like that he added 4 billion+ to the Veterans Admin budget.
He has done some things for vets I agree but clearly not enough...more political stunts.
My mother and wife (RN) likes how he lowered the cost of prescription drugs ( almost by half )..
Hows that? Can't seem to find any evidence of this...A executive order to "address drug shortage" which just basically hired some people to the FDA and some things that didn't go through congress.
My momz works as a teacher for mentally disabled children so she really appreciated the Disabilities Education Act ( added over 12 billion ).
She teaches babies and toddlers age birth through 2? How are they benefiting from that? Bush signed that, Obama pledged to add 12 billion, won't pass the floor. Promise is rated "Broken" on a bunch of sites.
Don't know about you but I do like his Credit Card reform. Hell we needed some restrictions on INCREASE of interest rates and the preying on our college kids with credit cards..Hell I know I have more wonderful things to say about our POTUS. Let me know if you need more.

Dude really??? I think I have covered what Obama has done for me. I suggest you do your homework. I was able to obtain a grant for my business just for using solar and energy saving equipment in one of my laundromats ..again do your homework. lol you think Romney wrote Romney care? Both of the other branches were dominatingly democrat. He was able to work with those across the aisle to get something done that the people of his state wanted. Meanwhile Obama had to lie, bribe and threaten his OWN party to agree against the wishes of the majority of Americans. Huge difference.
I've defended Romney twice in this thread, brb, going to shower. If we are going to discuss this, let's at least keep it honest.

Disabilities Education Act part c is for age 0 through 2. Which I thought you were crediting obama for since it was under his watch yet signed by Bush and since he didn't get his budget.

Ron Paul's legacy will be that he opened a lot of eyes concerning the methods of the Federal Reserve. The GOP was broken but will be better off because of his influence. He understood it was easier to infiltrate the GOP and bring it back to what it once stood for than to try to fight as a 3rd party in the a 2 party system.
Just mho but if there was RP on the left doing the same the country wins.
