One time I woke up and had dried blood caked all over my nether regions. Turns out me and the gf had forced her period the night before and didn't notice, but that scared the living shit out of me I though I'd been so fucked up she'd ripped a ball off. When I was designing we had 3 ranges to make patterns for, this was for Maidenform I believe, might have been Warnaco. The smallest DD I remember designing is a 34 and those orders rarely came in. 36D we made all day long. I dated a girl in high school who was one of you skinny ass italians with big boobs, but you people are the reason why I quit designing bras.
I got really frustrated trying to get patterns to fit, when the business started moving to China is when I moved back to the states.
