hmm... this is the penis thread... so here ya go, im giving you a gross story.
My stepdad got scar tissue in his urethra as a child... for years we've been making fun of him for how long it takes him to pee, he'd be in there for like 15 minutes. So they told him they'd have to do a procedure on him... they get him all ready to get it done, but then the scar tissue was so much in there that he couldnt get it done, they couldnt even get a cathether in there. They had to make an incision where his pubes were and insert it through there.

A week later, they take him into surgery, fillet his dick like a fish, remove all the scar tissue, sew him back together. He had to wear a cathether. However, he wouldnt stop bleeding and being in excruciating pain... my mom said you could hear his screaming out into the hallway. Finally, he came home with a cathether.... healed up, got it removed, and now he can pee in 30 seconds.

lol sorry, but think of it like this... it went from a sad, hurting penis to a useful one. Plus while all that happened over a span of two weeks, it forced him to lose 30 pounds... he looks great
