In the UK 4/5 plants in a homegrow is like community service or a fine, pigs rarely bother and like to estimate street value of all plants at harvest. Few ounces aint nothing if your not a dealer, big debate on canabis being a class 'C' or class 'B' drug over here, was a class 'C' in same cat as steroids or prescription drugs then moved to a class 'B; along with ecstacy and lsd. Pigs aint even got the manpower or resources to go after small time homegrows and still treat these people as if weed were still class 'C'.
