I think the shooter was a nut job until proven differently. Unless he is member of some new violent political terrorist group I don’t care if a little birdy told him to do it. He is responsible for his actions not politicians spouting off political rhetoric, that’s like blaming “Taxi Driver” for the assassination attempt on Reagan instead of the shooter, Hinckley. People are responsible for their own actions. Palin didn’t tell the guy to do what he did HE chose to commit the act own his own.
It wasn’t long ago the left was supporting a person’s right to make a film about killing a setting president. Union leaders can bus people to protest on the front lawn of bank execs, but people shouldn’t post the address of elected officials on a website or they are encouraging violence.
What do you guys want a law hindering free speech? Looks Like you’re not a lone there is already a democrat proposing that very thing. “Rep. Robert Brady (D-Pa.) reportedly plans to introduce legislation that would make it a federal crime to use language or symbols that could be perceived as threatening or inciting violence against a federal official or member of Congress” LINK.
Oh and today revolution takes place at the ballet box in this country not bloody battles in the street.
