you need to pot them on. the roots will die with no air holes. take from the glass.
what??? ?you need to pot them on. the roots will die with no air holes. take from the glass.
Lol, can't help you decipher that. Have you thought about what you're going to do when the plants start getting taller? I'd suggest getting rid of that lamp eventually and replacing it with a hanging light setup.what??? ?you need to pot them on. the roots will die with no air holes. take from the glass.
My grow is actually very restricted for time... Ill probably start flowering around 8" tall in about 2 weeks. The lamp is also adjustable and lifts up a bit. The plants are also lifted off the ground- i can remove the things they are sitting on.Lol, can't help you decipher that. Good luck.
Sounds like you're set, then. Good luck, hope the grow goes well.My grow is actually very restricted for time... Ill probably start flowering around 8" tall in about 2 weeks. bump? Thanks man.
Whats the generally accepted rule for watering sproutlings? Ive been giving about a teaspoon of water to each one every day. I know this sounds like a lot, but the top 2" of soil is drying out completely, and the bottom of the cup is still moist. The teaspoon of water is only enough to moisten that top 2"- nothing leaks out the bottom at all. Am i doing this properly? All my plants look pretty good... but i dont know if i should be giving more or less water...
I agree with the above, you're going to want to get some kind of hanging fixture, better to do this sooner then later..Have you thought about what you're going to do when the plants start getting taller? I'd suggest getting rid of that lamp eventually and replacing it with a hanging light setup.
That's not nice!way to show ur face in a pic.....loser
How cheap? And where is the easiest place to find one?Good luck to you, I still recommend investing in a cheap moister meter...
Garden stores have them for unver $10.How cheap? And where is the easiest place to find one?
Hey SS,Made some changes today. They were in 100% peat moss soil until today.
It did actually. It raised the temp of the entire room a solid 7 degrees *F. I was quite pleased actually, the room actually sits at a near perfect 81 degrees with the door closed, and when i open it to water, or work in there, etc, it drops to about 75. I am very pleased with the results of the lava lamp. As far as humidity... what should I be aiming for? Its usually right around 25-30%.I forgot to ask, did adding the lava lamp help you temp?

If your plants are still in the peat moss, I wouldn't recommend watering much more....Yeah, thats what I figured about the roots. Im going to start watering much more... i'll get the hang of it eventually.
