A Case Full Of Glass

Hey fdd I am looking for that glass artist you were working with awhile back who made those pipes with the faces on the front he had kind of like a Medusa looking one. I was hoping to buy a piece off him or something similar. Its my birthday this weekend and I wanted to buy myself a really nice pipe. Do you by chance have a link to his website or if not, a link to another website with equal or better work for sale? I have looked on Glasspipes.org but can't seem to find where I go to buy any of those pipes. Any help would be greatly appreciated. BTW I still use the pipe you gave me for winning the tinfoil hat contest, still no problems with it. :peace:

That last "real quick" batch looks great. What technique do you use to color like that? Is it one rod and just heated differently or a mix of colors? Cant figure out how you get them so cool/cloudy/colored like that. :)

i use a striking color underneath a see-thru color. the purple/red one is red exotic with a layer of cobalt over it. i coil pot the red exotic onto a blow tube, melt it smooth, then put a layer of cobalt over it. then i melt all that smooth and put a layer of clear over it. then i shape it.

Faded my Wife wanted me to ask if you would be willing to manufacture some custom glass beads. She is into making glass bead jewlery so I thought I would ask.

i tried making a few and it just wasn't worth it. takes a lot of time to make a single little bead.
