Okay so im thinking of constructing a grow box out of my old 16 channel mixer case, lol. Its a pretty nice size, i look at it as a PC grow box on roids. The only concern i have about this is there is this green foamy crap all over the wood, it was used to protect the mixer inside from bouncing around. Ive gotten as much off as possible but i cannot get it all off. the last thing i want is my plants breathing in that crap. So i was thinking of basiaclly throwing some type of stretch wrap over all of the wood to keep that foam sealed up and away from my plants. Ontop of the wrap im going to line the inside with mylar. This thing seals pretty tight when closed, i will have a nice intake and exaust fan inside, but im still concerened that all that insulation will cause quite a bit of heat. Think i should try harder to get that green crap off the wood and give it a nice clean?
