Those recipies do explain the rest. And YES its as simple as pouring everything into frementer, stir, place lid and air lock, wait !!!!
I frement any where between 1 month and 3mths. Then throw it into bottles , wait another 2 weeks ...... stick it in fridge ... DRINK !!!....... 1 ltr later ( at around 12%) i will be ping ponging off walls - a quiet 750 mls dose the job and it tastes like fizzy apple juice
And is very easy to drink. It works out to be about $1 a ltr after setup costs. And it will tke you 5 mins to prep a new batch.

i was thinking maybe not in the fermentation process but putting a few ounces of frosty trim into the barrel for the two weeks between fermenting and drinking so the alcohol extracts but doesn't get chance to go mouldy then strain and lose yourself for 3 days!?!?
