So when exactly does Obama take on the responsibility of the office?
He's had a Dem controlled senate for over a year and they haven't passes even one of their flagship issues. I.E. Healthcare, Immigration or Cap and Trade. You do understand what that means don't you?
If not, I'm sure that bush is to blame one way or the other.
I mean look at NCLB (No Child Left Behind). Not a good policy even by Bush standards.

A couple of questions:
1) Which party has held control of both the House of Representatives and the Senate since 2006?
2) When did Obama become a U.S. Senator?
And of course, all of this is somebody else's fault.
He inherited the Presidency. He certainly never campaigned for the job.

Then again, you had to be almost blind to vote for him....

This is likely what it all boils down to - punk kids that want everything handed to them on a platter without putting forth ANY effort whatsoever. I don't spend as much time on here as I did when I originally joined, as this site seemingly has been taken over by 15 year old kids. Post a question speaking in "ebonics" or "text" speak, and you can be sure a large majority of the adults will ignore it, and the responses that you DO get are from OTHER ebonic/text speaking kids that are consistently giving wrong answers anyway. Maybe an unpopular opinion, but oh well.
Of course, it is a possibility that if we stop coddling the youngsters, they will finally take it upon themselves to actually put forth the effort and do a little reading for a change. Who knows? It's so darn easy to find information these days - if you have internet, you have a world of information at your fingertips. SO easy, yet they want it easier. I would imagine there are a fair number of members here that are old enough to remember that in the past when you wanted information, you had to get up off your lazy ass, and go to a library. Now all you have to do is throw up a search engine, and voila - all the information one could possibly want about the subject is there within seconds. Guess that's just too long for the "instant gratification" crowd.
