Vaping vs. Smoking: Which is Healthier?

I'm a bit torn between vaping and smoking—both have their pros and cons. I’m curious, which one is actually healthier in the long run? Looking for some clarity on this!

Assuming your vaping dry herb no solvents not one of those ecig contraptions then yes vaping will be less harmful than smoking as for those ecig ones yes they might have less chemicals in them Vs smoking but there new no one knows for sure the long term side effects of directly inhaling vegetable or plant glycerine the closest thing folk can throw up is fog machines but that's different also second hand so no one can be certain how dodgy that is yet in all honesty so yes vaping might be better for you but nothing is totally harmless

Do you use any Vapes which gives some set of relaxation and calmness?
Depends on the weed if it's that kind then yes a good heavy indica or mostly indica leaning will give you that personally vape wise for bud I use the volcano more than anything else that's just dry herb no solvents

I only do concentrates nowadays. It removes a lot of the bad stuff that comes with consuming flowers. I used my Volcano for well over 15 years before I put it on the shelf. I still use it from time to time but that's mostly to try semi wet stuff for early taste testing. Either way vaping is healthier.

The new concentrates are just way cleaner and more convenient for me to use with no grinding or dust. If you use a rosin press or do extractions with solvents in the correct way you're left with a more purified and cleaner product.

And for legal reasons concentrates makes all the difference.

I smoked weed for 10 yrs and switched to dabs only almost 2 yrs ago. Its true it can ruin weed in the long term. Or maybe just never liked smoking and just didnt know until I switched. I tried smoking weed the other day all day and it was so-so but end of day my lungs full of tar felt sick like I literally cant get high.

Coughed too much upsets my athsma. Its not sustainable health wise to smoke 3gs a day. Just one hit in a clean clear glass bowl paints a picture. I literally coughed up blood for a short while. I feel like theres a sober you then a stoner you and inbetween where anything will get you high.

When fully settled in with tolerance in just days Il just be back to dabs only. Ill never see weed the same its just a bunch of junk with hash on it and hash is where its at. Ive never got into vaping weed only bought a device tried it once it doesnt satisfy. Neither do vape carts.

Weed is a little stronger but not up to par with when Im fully settled with a tolerance. Crazy but I didnt have these problems all the time with weed but it was often what I tried describing. Just a overload of tar and a decreasing high. I Lost my whole flower run so Im cutting back and its actually fun, I should do this more often to reset tolerance.

Il save a crap ton every time I do and save up for a rainy day. Cannabis is weird the less you try to get high the more high you get. Not like alcohol. If you dont smoke 3gs a day I think its fine. My fam smokes a gram a day on my harsh weed they dont notice the harshness (maybe genetics) because they just dont smoke enough.

From being a medical user for 20+ years I get the most out of it by only allowing me to medicate 2-3 times a day. But same as you I'm always medicated and I'm always eating edibles in the morning.

If I didn't use weed to treat my pain I would probably try to stay off for months and then blast the hell out of it to see where it gets me!

Cheers!

Vaping and smoking are two common methods of cannabis consumption, but which one is healthier? Smoking involves combustion, which releases harmful toxins and tar, potentially affecting lung health. Vaping, on the other hand, heats the material without burning it, resulting in fewer harmful byproducts. While vaping is often considered a safer alternative, its long-term health effects are still being studied.

It's simple chemistry.

Smoking/combustion gasses off heavy carbon-based molecules that can be harmful to your lungs.

Vaping doesn't.

I love my Volcano vaporizer. Vape enough and I get just as high as smoking. Only downside is you have to use more material than you would smoking.
