I mean.......I would think that, at some point, people who frequent a pot forum would turn their media off, smoke some really good homegrown weed, and realize some things about media. It kind becomes a big algorithmic echo chamber after a while.
No disrespect intended, I just realized that all myself a while back and it was extremely liberating to break free of the mass media mind-fuck that exists on almost every screen everywhere. I find the "How Much Longer" threads here to be far more entertaining now anyway.
I tend to take nice long breaks from it all. But since the democracy that I live in is being attacked in the hopes of keeping Trump in power I didn't think it was a great time to have my head in the sand.

I recommend a nice system of checks and balances when it comes to anything and everything online.

My check, AP news. Anything that I am questioning, I check with them. They are the best free information resource and will tell you as much as possible about what and how stuff is known. And they are non-partisan, so you don't get caught up in the echo chamber and when reading stories. Reuters is solid too. Outside of them, I wouldn't trust anything free to not be using you as the product.

My Balance is my wife. She grew up completely different than I did and has a completely different skill set and is pretty much always looking for bullshit out of me and has sent me back to check stuff on the AP often because it sounds like click-bait I read on Raw Story.

“In the first six to twelve months of a war with the United States and Britain, I will run wild and win victory upon victory. But then, if the war continues after that, I have no expectation of success.”
Isoroku Yamamoto
"While the quote is widely attributed to Yamamoto, it is likely a paraphrase that captures his general strategic outlook rather than an exact phrase he used.
Edwin P. Hoyt’s "Yamamoto: The Man Who Planned Pearl Harbor" (1990), mention this statement as a reflection of Yamamoto's known strategic views."

The United States deployed a special anti-ballistic missile battery system (THAAD) and its 100-member crew to help defend Israel against a potential third direct attack from Iran.
  • Entire System: The cost of a single THAAD battery, which includes 6 launchers, 48 interceptors, a radar system, and fire control systems, is estimated to be between $800 million and $1.2 billion depending on configurations and upgrades.
  • Missile/Interceptor Cost: Each THAAD interceptor missile costs approximately $12 million. This makes the missiles expensive to replace, but their effectiveness in protecting against major ballistic missile threats justifies their use in critical defense operations.
I'm not a fan of us sending troops into theater. A few get killed and we are in a shooting war with Iran. Which I think is what Bebe wants anyway.

i know, i hope Biden pulls out all the stops for AID now, so that way the orange moron can't screw it up, also hope the EU ramps up and help Ukraine even more now, since our election is over....we'll see
I'm betting more oil and gas goes up in flames the next few weeks, They were trying to hold off to keep the prices down until the election. Not that it helped. He should have been toasting refineries from the start. With their new 1000K jet drone they have reach. (is it alright to write 1KK for 1000K? seems like it would be confusing)

Zelensky has been hitting them pretty regularly from what i've been seeing and reading and from the looks of it seems the EU still has the back of UA, now the question is ammo, getting them the ammo they need and can use. Pooty is on the ropes as it were, but with this election idk.....Biden came across yesterday i think, and is gonna move the rest of the 6 billion to UA as quick as possible....we'll see on that front. As far as ammo, getting it to UA and without blocking i'm thinking of flying it over i'm thinking some AC130 drops or landings......and also letting UA develop an AC130 like we have as an Angel of Death from the skies......

Putin continues to slowly shut off the natural gas flow to Europe and mass troops on the Ukraine border.
Look I actually don't like to get political, but the US and EU muppets have f***ed it up with their stupid bluffin'.
We didn't have the ballz to do something right away and now the east is bleeding us dry because they are not depending on our economy as much as we depend on theirs. And our citizens continue to pay for them not being able to swallow their pride and come back to reality.

Basically that's what I think in a nutshell...

We could wipe russia off the map.
Any idea how much it cost to replace outdated weapons? We could spend $100's of millions destroying them, or we can kill 3 birds with one stone.
No bleeding till jan.20.
