This is an open question because you don’t list your budget or your goals for the light. Like what space are you looking to light up? What are you looking for more a veg light or bloom light or full cycle light?

there is literally hundreds if not thousands of options out there that will grow great weed. In fact I would focus more on dialing in your environment.
HLG is a good brand so is so many other brands there is tons that use same diodes and drivers so then it boils down to build quality.

Mammoth Mint White Series. Closest thing there is to a combination of Metal Halide x HPS spectrum. 4800k. Uses the newest Samsung Mint White Diodes. A couple others do too, but cant match the price of these. Also has 730nm Diodes. Check Mammoth out on Instagram. $1800 for the 880w.
Comes in 880w, and 680w. 880w has 2713umol.

ok details .....i have a barn with a 50 amp breaker from main house out in barn it is a 30 amp and a 20 amp (hid lights now going led for lower amps to increase the light numbers) .....currently flowering for the clones and will need veggie for next set of clones ....currently 22 plants

multi spec guessing best choice

the main goal is to produce enough high end smoke to sell to a few select ppl

If youre in a place where it gets cold in the winter, you may want to stay with the HID.
though about this my current led has IR built in to give the leaves some warmth( only a 5.5x5.5 ft area .....trouble is they do not make that model anymore move to this light bar design.......i was looking for more the lines of good brands to trust for the 50000 hour run or more on lights

like is epistar leds a good brand
if mean well drives are not a option what is the next best

looking at these

$ 2.04 per watt pricey light, what extra getting for almost double cost vs, others ?

Anything throw far IR is gonna have a bit of a heat signature, those lights costing $1+/w are generally bricks and will have a run life of 80-100k hours compaired to the 50-60k you get from the cheaper ones.
I'm personally done with mid shelf lights the cheap ass knock off are plenty good if your on a budget and if nice things are in your budget the it's worth spending the $$$ on something nicer

WANTYE Grow Lights for Indoor Plants - High Red Photons Full Spectrum LED Grow Lights for Seed Starting - 360 Watts Upgraded Nano-Coating Waterproof Plant Light for Indoor Plants with UV - Daisy Chain https://a.co/d/hwsIY2V

I got one of these single 120 watt lights and put it in my 2x4 mother tent. It's almost too bright. Had to turn it down to 50%. I wish I had bought the 3 pack.

Phlizon FD6500 650W Plant Led Grow Light for Indoor Plants Daisy Chain Dimmable Grow Light with LM281B & Brand Driver Grow for 6x6ft Coverage Full Spectrum Growing Lamps (FD6500) https://a.co/d/3VJwhJ7

I got one of these for my flowering area. I'm only half way through my second crop but it's doing well so far.

I like what grow light Australia are doing with their high cree and still high efficiency lights..

I own some of their older first generation boards.
Plus a bunch of HLG

But every company that made HID lighting are now knocking out good LEDs too.
Own a few of those too
