BREAKING: Republican 2024 presidential candidate Donald Trump gets devastating news as a massive lawsuit is filed that legal experts are already saying “could lead to Trump getting removed in all 50 states by the U.S. Supreme Court."

But it gets even WORSE for Donald Trump…

The lawsuit was filed in Minnesota — and the Minnesota Secretary of State just announced that he will remove Trump from the ballot if the Minnesota Supreme Court rules that he can. Legal experts are already saying that this will create a “domino effect” that can lead to Trump being removed from the ballot “in all 50 states.”

To make matters worse for Trump, Harvard’s most famous Constitutional Law expert says that the lawsuit is “rock solid as a legal matter, relying entirely on existing law and indisputable facts of public record."

The lawsuit is going to be heard by the Minnesota Supreme Court — and it demands that the court immediately remove Trump from the Minnesota ballot for engaging in insurrection, declaring, “"Donald J. Trump, through his words and actions, after swearing an oath as an officer of the United States to support the Constitution, engaged in insurrection or rebellion, or gave aid and comfort to its enemies, as defined by Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment.”

Well said. America MUST never allow a traitorous insurrectionist anywhere near our presidential ballots.

All the witnesses against Trump are republicans, many worked for him. Grand juries indict, judges hear cases if there are any and juries decide guilt or innocence. Trump tried hard to get a host of people indicted, but there was no case and no evidence. Trump is so fucking stupid he provided a mountain of evidence against himself, and the dumb bastard is still confessing on TV.

Fmr. Prosecutor: Trump 'eventually might have to' be put in jail if he breaches gag order

235,063 views Sep 16, 2023 #MSNBC #Trump #Velshi
Former Watergate prosecutor Jill Wine-Banks joins Ali Velshi to discuss the implications of special counsel Jack Smith asking a federal judge for a "narrowly tailored" gag order that restricts the Donald Trump from making certain statements about the election interference case brought against him, citing threats the former president made against individuals. "Why put in place something [like this] when you know you're not going to jail him? I think eventually they might have to. What other options are there? Financial penalties haven't worked. He re-defamed E. Jean Carroll right after a $5 million judgement," Wine-Banks tells Velshi.

If the SCOTUS disqualifies Trump in say December, after it was decided in a few state supreme courts, one way or the other and arguments were presented. It should completely pull the political rug right out from under him before he even hits the courtroom, and no consideration would be given in regard to primaries or the general election and he wouldn't be able to play the "election candidate" card. He would have to resort to exhorting his cult followers to write him in on the ballot, to prove his popularity and that he was too big to jail. The GOP candidate would have stolen the primary away from him and he would blame the republicans for having to agree with a conservative SCOTUS. Too bad Jack will probably have him locked up by the end of spring and I don't think he will get out after conviction pending appeal, neither will his coconspirators in DC or Georgia. He might also put himself in jail if he doesn't STFU and the way he is stressed out lately it might not take much to make him go off the deep end and end up in jail. He should after all be a disqualified candidate by the end of this year and that should change his legal statues quite a bit. Actually, if he is still out loose, when the SCOTUS disqualifies him, that might drive him over the edge.
