So not really up to date on the newest qbs but it seems like those drivers wouldn't be the best for boards. Most boards run around the 48-54v range from what I remember. Those drivers operate from 55-86v range at around 650ma which even if they did fit the voltage would run them extremely soft.
That said, if you're dead set on using those drivers, there are probably a bunch of options for strips you could look into. The 650ma current seems to fit right in the nominal range for some of them, bridgelux strips for sure. Youd be able to fit like four strips per driver and not even need heatsinks if you wanted, plus they'd most likely be cheaper than boards and be getting more watts out of the drivers.
Sorry I'm no guru like you're looking for, but hopefully the more experienced guys will chime in for you. I did take apart a free kind led I got way back that had cheap drivers like yours. I never "used" them but did play around with them and test some strips out for a bit with them. I may use them one day for some small shelf houseplants I have going though.
