Yes, hope is what adults do. The colonists fought a war over a two percent tax, because they weren't being represented. Are you being represented? We had reps come to our Americans for Safe Access meetings. They talk, but they still don't represent their constituents. That is why cannabis laws are so silly. I have talked to our reps, but I don't give the big donations, that the people they really represent give. So I'll just follow the silly laws and hope too. I just find it difficult to believe that stoners can't talk to their reps. I know plenty of stoners that won't shut up. I guess they enjoy paying ridiculous tax (28% here in so-cal) on something that just grows naturally.

It's still bullshit though. By leaving it in the CSA at all it exposes the great rift between state and federal laws. So until they completely unschedule cannabis it exposes us to be ruled by big pharma even more so than today's environment because as long as it's on the CSA you will be required to get a prescription and that brings greater scrutiny from the FDA on top of the DEA.

I think it should be -re-introduced in the wild.
It would turn to hemp pretty quick, and fuck up alot of people's crops.

It's been cultivated for tens of thousands of years.

Yea I was excited till I saw this, just something to consider so not to get too excited.

Would it? Its been eradicated for less than 100 years and it is said you could smoke the weed that grew wild in empty lots in New York City during the time of the LaGuardia Comittee. Not as strong as cultivated weed, but certainly stronger than hemp. And did wild Cannabis screw up people's plants back then?
I'm just thinking about the planet . Another word for eradication is genocide...

In no way, shape, or form has weed been eradicated for the last hundred years, or ever for that matter.

Does this mean we're all now growing "schedule III narcotics"? Wondering what this means in terms of the average person growing a few plants in their homes.. Do we need a doctor's prescription to grow/medicate? I know ya need one for a C-III like hydrocodone etc, but still can't legally process it..
Sounds good for medical research, but is it putting home growers at risk? Anyone know?

Edit: I guess hydrocodone is now a C-II since 2014. But the question still remains..
