Can someone to tell me if is over or under watered , or to tell me what to do to fix .
I dont want to stress it with water if is already overwatered.
All this happened in just one day. I just go to turn off my Lights and i saw this .

Or maybe is because light dont reach the bottom? no ?

I'd say overwatered. From the picture. The soil looks dark. I would replace the soil, clean up the dead roots, sprinkle rooting agent on the roots. It could help, but if it is underwatered, they should just pop right up in less then a day after a proper watering.

The soil is watered by the time i took the photo , i thought it was underwatered because the soil was dry .
Btw i using 10lt pots . What is the perfect amount of watering ?

How can i actually examine whats wrong ? i can share any picture if u like . All the bottom part gone yellow and droopy in the last 12 hours , before that time it was totally fine .

Plants go sleep when the lights go out. It's perfectly normal to see some droop right before lights out. If they still look like this an hour after the lights come on then you have a problem. If they look healthy you don't.

As for “how much to water” I would suggest water until you have runoff.

If you water 10 liter pots with 4 liters of water everytime you water that would give them a good watering with water coming out the bottom. they dont look overwatered they look like they are about to die from dehydration.

No those yellow leaves will fall off when the plant sucks out all their energy just leave them. They look much better now. How much water cameout the bottom of the pot when you watered? Also when you water water slow, sometimes if you let it dry too much the water doesnt get into the center of the pot because its so dry and hard and all the water goes around the edge and drains out.

Thats fine, empty the pot trays, dont let them sit in that water. Now that the pot is full and wet pick it up so you get an idea of the weight. When its dry it will be much lighter. I would say with the size of your plants and pot size in about 5 to 7 days they will need that watering again. If in 5 to 7 days they still feel heavy and not light then wait longer.
