You could top them, but do you have enough room for lateral growth? Be very selective about what branches you trim. Topping them will enable the plants to spread. You might not get it right the first couple of go arounds. You will get better at selecting what branches you want to see get beefier. I would start out getting the lower branches that are far from your light and close to the soil (to avoid bugs and air flow issues). After that snip the ones that are close to getting burnt by the light. Try to keep the branches with the nodes that look promising. Less cuts is better then too many.

They all doing good , just one of them doesnt flowering and still gaining extreme height , all the others are flowering now.
