Does anybody use a small heater in thier tent
If you go that route I suggest that you only start when you have a good root system but I'd advise to pot them up rather than going up in big sizes and also you would need to feed less ec because your feeding more often as long as the plants can transpire you could even check the run off ec to see how much is being used that's what I plan to do eventually a drain for each plant would be good if you had multiple strains I think
Yes, 200w electric aimed at intake will up the temps in small tents by 15-20F or it would do even better inside a bigger tent.Does anybody use a small heater in thier tent
You might consider adding plumbing to those drain away trays, it makes life a lot easier.View attachment 5268090
I watered 6 hrs ago and had I not it would be bone dry. Like literally bone dry, or I would save the hassle.
About to water again and then morning time, it will be bone dry.
I could easily adapt to a halo and I do not transplant.
I plan out my grows. I put my own prepared coco in a cup, flush it with a couple cups of RO/filtered water.

Plant seedling from paper towel, feed for one week at .5ec total with ro/filtered water and nutes.
Transplant in final container and feed .9 ec total once a day with tap and get wild growth spurts and lst/scrog then switch to flower.
Adding halo would be piece of cake.
A lot of users do not go above 1.0 or 1.5ec total with the popular nute brands.
Feeding any lighter would be starving out some nutes IMO even if using ro water. Gh feed charts consider 1.7ec to be low ec.
Thanks man what ec would you suggest for 3+ week in flower I've got wedding cakeView attachment 5268090

I plan on having a legit auto feed system and maybe ph control, have good suggestions given to me on other threads. You might consider adding plumbing to those drain away trays, it makes life a lot easier.

I have currently to go 1.4ec total and then 1.2 late flower and ripe. Thanks man what ec would you suggest for 3+ week in flower I've got wedding cake

You know what though, to save money on pump I plan on rising it onto a table and gravity into a bucket to be emptied.
Pretty confident I can work with 8’ and do that, otherwise I would have everything like everyone else; next to tent.
Might be a while before I can run a wider space. For now I just have 2x2x8 for practice on autofeeding and canopy skills, skills overall.
Cannot wait to plow through a bigger space.
Maybe I'll back down some thenI have currently to go 1.4ec total and then 1.2 late flower and ripe.
Yes I made something so can feed each plant individually or all at once but needs a few tweaksI plan on having a legit auto feed system and maybe ph control, have good suggestions given to me on other threads.

I'm usi g something called hydrosol you mix the powder to make your stock solution then that's what you add to your reservoirI have currently to go 1.4ec total and then 1.2 late flower and ripe.

I use this, I just use the lower ec ratings and find out what portions of dry powder I need to weigh to have the same ec but including my tap water ec.
Doesn’t look bad, some brands make you go into 3.0 ec.I'm usi g something called hydrosol you mix the powder to make your stock solution then that's what you add to your reservoir
I've just bought a cheap desk one think the lowest setting is 900w but my dehumidifier will give off heat too when I set it up and then I should be able to turn the extractor down to help with the heat well just enough so I still get negative air pressureYes, 200w electric aimed at intake will up the temps in small tents by 15-20F or it would do even better inside a bigger tent.
I have a 50w too that cranks up some heat that I haven’t tested yet to apply towards having lower humidity swings when lights off.
It is hard finding one below 750w but I found them.I've just bought a cheap desk one think the lowest setting is 900w but my dehumidifier will give off heat too when I set it up and then I should be able to turn the extractor down to help with the heat well just enough so I still get negative air pressure
I've ordered this https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B08DK8RCN9?ref=ppx_pt2_mob_b_prod_image see how it worksIt is hard finding one below 750w but I found them.
I think having a couple or few 200w spread out would do the trick in a space equal to 5x5 or 3x6 area.
It might depend on the setup because I can run MaxiBloom @ 2.0 EC (1000 PPM TDS) in coco/promix in 5 or 10 gal pots feeding once daily until a tad of runoff, plants drink the runoff backup with no problems. pH can crash if your not using ProMix or something with Dolomite Lime in it. Pure coco will experience pH crash if you only water once a day depending on water source. RO, Well, City etc. I use RO water. I also don't mix grams per gallon or teaspoons per gallon I just mix the maxibloom into my reservoir until it reaches 2.0 EC fully dissolved.I have currently to go 1.4ec total and then 1.2 late flower and ripe.
