You think it's possible that we could be heading towards a cashless society?.. or total bullshit? Cash will always be king? Discuss.
Have we a say?You think it's possible that we could be heading towards a cashless society?.. or total bullshit? Cash will always be king? Discuss.
It's coming. Its coming faster than it once was due to Covid. Gov wants it, financial institutions want it and Big business want it to.You think it's possible that we could be heading towards a cashless society?.. or total bullshit? Cash will always be king? Discuss.
And if you get switched off?Think about it... other that the weed biz (which we are out of now) I never see true cash. Everything we do is electronic. I go to CVS (or wherever), and all's I have to do is tap my iPhone in the "wallet" app, and I don't have to touch anything... no pins, just facial recognition for the transaction.
We do store cash on hand for things here and there, but paying the regular bills like electric, cell phones, Dish, etc are all on auto paymentAnd if you get switched off?
You are very ignorant if you do not realize cash in your pocket is freedom. As you seriously perplex those of us that do while you so joyously tighten the noose.
I brought the state police to mine. They cannot pay you fast enough when exposed. Started over a mere $1000 withdrawl BS denial. If I were to go to my local Credit Union and say "I want all my checking/savings withdrawn in cash.. they can't do it. The say "We don't have that much cash here"
And I add that amount to my $5 minimum balance before paying. A bank account and "emergency" credit card. No balance and maintain a small savings account. Or pay for your use of your money. We do store cash on hand for things here and there, but paying the regular bills like electric, cell phones, Dish, etc are all on auto payment
I think this may be headed that way. Exposure to Crypto may be a litmus test to see how we react to "fake money"It's coming. Its coming faster than it once was due to Covid. Gov wants it, financial institutions want it and Big business want it to.
I recon 1/4 of my income is cash.
One we lose cash the bastards win.
We do get paid around $45 bucks a month for maintaining a certain amount of money in our checking account...so.. IDK. Im very versed in the financial world being a Finance Manager for years, but it just seems like lately, cash is not around anymore... not like it used to anyways. And I add that amount to my $5 minimum balance before paying. And what software? Too funny.
We are just engaged in friendly activities?
And why I get a 3.9% cash discount most places around here.I have a friend that owns a bakery... she's out about $800 a month due to Visa, Mastercard, or whatever to do the transaction......I can understand that they have to pay people to process some of this, but really? 3%??
Some people have moved to that strategy to cover the costs of the financial institutions. And why I get a 3.9% cash discount most places around here.
