Can a mini split condenser be installed indoors?

With plenty of air exchange and the output air from the condenser being pulled out into another room and cooled off? This way the condenser always has cool fresh air around it.

That was literally the only thing stopping me from getting a split for my flower room. I already have a large central air condenser beside my house, and never had room for a separate split condenser.
It would also be inefficient to put all the hot air back into another room just to be cooled by the central a/c I already use to cool my house.

My only option is to put the condenser out back but then the HOA will be a pain in my ass about it. They would ask why I need 2 a/c condensers in the back of my house. It would be hard to explain and I don't want to deal with the hassle.

I need to figure this out :???:

Build a cover for it. Hell I’ve seen some people just buy bales of hay to hide them.
Just build a little mock raised planter or something creative.

I wish. But in reality there are actual people who do walk thru's to make sure we are in compliance with the HOA rules and regs

What about your roof? I hate HOA’s with a passion. Giving way to much power to petty people.
Everything on the "outside" of my home in within jurisdiction of the HOA. The walls, the roof, the front and back grass. The reason is because it's all insured by the HOA. Yes, this sucks, but it is as it is.

What if you stuck a nice ugly condenser in your window - not hanging out of course.

I should not live in a HOA neighborhood. I would end up setting the house on fire out of frustration.
