Herb & Suds

In chemistry, a salt is an ionic compound which is made up of two groups of oppositely charged ions. The ion with a positive charge is called a cation, and the one with a negative charge is called an anion. How many of each type of ion the salt has is important because the compound must have an overall electrical charge of zero- that is, an equal balance between positive charge and negative charge.

Salts can be easily identified since they usually consist of positive ions from a metal with negative ions from a non metal.

So careful tasting arsenic salts.
The general consensus is Epsom salt consumption can cause diarrhea
I’m sure I’ve done worse

Who from?
Mark made the case that your pots are too small and your medium has dried up due to irregular watering.. herb and suds in a similar vein said that your overcautious watering is drying out your medium. I agree with the recommendation to put a drop of dish soap in your watering solution.
I’ll have a go here
I get the feeling the op feeds the same in mid flower as the rest of his grow
And as we all know it takes more food and water in that period
I would surmise with cloth pots and a history and fear of overwatering
He has let his medium completely dry out on more than one occasion
To me I would keep a close eye on the pots daily and add a bit of dish soap to every other watering for a couple weeks
And feed the beast it’s growing not finishing

Not sure what's going wrong though, trying to understand why so next run it doesn't happen. Getting mixed feedback inbetween all the arguing
This thread is a complete mess, but thanks for starting it anyway, because at least it is entertaining.

If I was you I would simplify things considerably in your next run, and see how that goes. You're using too many bottles, it's a waste of time and money and makes the situation more complex than necessary.

I'll repeat my suggestion to go with coco/perlite and just plain hydroponics nutrients and pH adjuster. CalMag only if the plants don't look healthy. Nothing else.

I think the consenses was that your plant did not have the nutrients it required during stretch and the dieing leaves are the result.

As for what it needed? NFI. Coco fed/watered once or twice daily is foolproof. You know what goes in and can correct things easier.

As for sodium, flushing and epsom salt? Forget about it. Amphetamine salts are the ones you want.

I'm not using any bottled nutes, these were ones laying around I had. I'm using living soil grow (2 tbl spoons per gallon of soil every 2 weeks, the same with bloom 1 at start of flower then bloom 2 after the stretch. These are the only dry ammendments I've been using. It very strange as I threw an auto in a very small, I believe 3.5l pot and is on same feed schedule and she has no Redding of the branches or yellowing,, almost going perfect
