This must be a indoor problem... I start in 5 gal. Plant do better Root ,,stalk Then when put in Ground has great roots big stalk Perfect for transplanting outside..Then i will only go to them about 4 to 7 time count budding..I have seen thur the years it does better when you have them i a Big Pot to start...

It's an overwatering problem. Indoor or out.

Dont have a over water problem outside No water can be a problem here Do you grow outside?

I do not but if growing in containers, I don't see a difference if indoor or out.
