From what I read was the "mold" is normal and really mycelium growing. Some one please correct me if I am wrong

Totally. Just be light with it. Seedling doesn't need much. It's generally the first food I give.

Right on, I haven't got into the teas yet but that is good to know. I'll toss a small amount on in a week or two they just popped.
Just google "Making Bokashi Bran". Lots of information and instructions available. Most call for using EM1 which you can make or purchase. You can use some bokashi bran to breed your own microorganisms and then use that to inoculate more bran. That process would be similar to making JMO except you would use Bokashi instead of leaf mold as the microorganism source.

you dont even need the sugar. You can just sprinkle some oat meal and moisten it and it does the same thing. Neem meal does it too. The fuzz is not really that beneficial IMO, but its not harmful either...just a type of pin mould.
I mix it in when planting, 1-3 cups or more per 27 litres, you can’t really overdo it as it’s organic. You could layer it all too, 1/3 sugar ratio. No need to cook soil.
