They will lose congress no matter what happens with the bill. Three seats in the house is the blue team's advantage. Midterms average loss for the president's party is four in the senate and twenty six in the house.

I think you are right. But I didn't think Democrats would sweep the Senate elections in Georgia. My pessimism about the upcoming election makes me optimistic.

It sucks for the safety and prosperity of the nation, but showing 2 years of difference between a Democratic held house and senate vs 2 years of Republican control of one (hopefully the Democrats can still pick up some senate seats in 2022) is still better than Trump for 4 years. Not having the insurrectionist RINO's like Cruz, Graham, and Hawley running troll sessions in the senate hearings has been a blessing.

I wouldn't bet that 2 years of Jim Jordan/MTG/Bobart's propaganda show in the house would not be a benefit for the Democrats in 2024.

The dems have everything, they could ban shoes if they'd stick together. This is the dems being ripped apart by their corporate masters.

Manchin is 100% bought and paid for by the coal industry and big pharma. Look at what he is demanding be taken out of the bill.

The whole thing is just so screwed up every American should be more than upset to see how corporate profits are the most important part of any bill in Washington.

50 Republican senators and two Democrats. This is more of an indication of how a minority party can cling to power than anything else.

The republicans aren't stopping the dems from all voting together. Coal and pharma money is. Ask joe manchin.

We're not going to get much done in America with the companies we're trying to tax and regulate pouring billions into campaigns.
